How access works

Students

Request a Student Access Code using the form below. Codes are issued after enrollment/purchase confirmation and review.

Non-students (Founders)

Request Founders Access — Pilot Edition (invite code). Founders Access is limited to 500 profiles.

What happens later

Once the Academy Portal is live and student profiles are available, students will have direct access through their profiles.

Access policy

Vocabulary App access is currently code-based.

Students: Students may access the app via a Student Access Code, issued after enrollment/purchase confirmation and/or review of this request form.
Non-students: Founders Access — Pilot Edition (invite code) is available to non-students and is limited to 500 profiles.

Profiles created before February 1, 2027 may retain access as long as the account remains active (active = logged in at least once every 90 days). If you are under 16, a parent/guardian email is required. After February 1, 2027, the Vocabulary App will be available only through an Akademia Academy student profile; non-students will be blocked from using the app entirely. Access rules may evolve as we integrate the Academy Portal.
