How long does it take to receive a reply?

We reply within 2–3 business days. If your request is time-sensitive, please mention your deadline in your message so we can prioritize appropriately. During high-volume periods, responses may approach the full 3 business days—however, we always aim to respond as quickly and clearly as possible.

Do you offer online services, and which platforms do you use?

Yes—services are offered online. Sessions may be hosted via Whereby, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or our own service; depending on the service type and what works best for your context. Clear joining instructions are provided in advance, and we keep the setup simple to avoid technical stress.

Do you offer 1:1 sessions, groups, or both?

We offer both 1:1 sessions and group formats, depending on the service area and the learner profile. Group sizes may vary by program type and age group. If you’re not sure which format fits your goals best, we can recommend the most effective option based on outcomes, schedule needs, and learning style.
