Booking timeframes are governed by the tutoring booking system and tutor availability (base expectation: 12 hours).
Standard Cancellation Credit (12+ Hours)
Cancellations made 12+ hours before the scheduled start time receive a lesson credit (usable before package expiry, in general).
Late Cancellation Credit (Within 12 Hours)
A credit may be issued only if approved, at our discretion. If approved, it expires 7 days from the original lesson date and is issued within 24 hours of approval notification. Rescheduling follows the same timing standards.
Communication Response Time
Messages are typically answered within 24–72 hours.

Students are expected to arrive prepared to participate. Preparation may include reviewing notes, identifying questions, and completing assigned review where applicable.
Participation & Focus
Active participation is expected. Students are encouraged to engage fully during the session and apply feedback in real time.
Materials & Review
Learning materials may be provided to support review and retention. Students are responsible for revisiting key points between sessions to maintain progress.
Feedback & Progress Reviews
Feedback may be provided to support improvement and goal alignment. Progress reviews may be conducted periodically to assess development and refine targets.
